Local Delivery:
Christopher’s trucks provide delivery services locally on Nantucket Island at $50.00 per delivery.  Items can also be picked up from the our flagship store at 8 Washington Street, Nantucket, MA 02554. National Delivery:
Christopher’s utilizes the services of some of the best shippers in the country to handle deliveries of our furniture.  Rates vary by location and we search for the best rate for your area and the item/s to be shipped.  Please call for a rate quote to your area at (508) 325 0714 or email us at customerservice@christophersofnantucket.com

UPS or Federal Express:
Many items can be shipped via UPS or Federal Express.  Every effort will be made to find you the least expensive method for delivering your items.  Please call for a rate quote to your area at (508) 325 0714 or email us at customerservice@christophersofnantucket.com

International Delivery:
Christopher’s Home Furnishings of Nantucket ships worldwide and can arrange container packaging, shipping, customs clearance and final delivery anywhere in the world.  Please call for details at (508) 325 0714 or email us at customerservice@christophersofnantucket.com


Cancellation Policy

If you change your mind on stock merchandise, please contact us within 48 hours of purchase to cancel your order prior to delivery. We will happily transfer your deposit to other merchandise of your choosing. Items cannot be cancelled once shipped.

If you find that this is not the right time for you to purchase, we will either hold that money on account for a future purchase or refund your deposit to you by way of Credit Card refund or Company check based on the manner in which you paid.

If you need to cancel anytime after 48 hours of purchasing we will happily transfer your deposit to other merchandise of your choosing or keep it on account for a later time to be used at any one of our stores. Return Policy

Christopher’s Home Furnishings of Nantucket wants all of their customers to be 100% happy with their furniture purchases.

If you wish to return merchandise (other than special orders and mattresses/bedding) and receive a refund, you must return the merchandise at your expense within 48 hours of delivery in "like new" condition. Please notify us of your return shipment by calling (508) 325 0714 or email us at customerservice@christophersofnantucket.com within 48 hours.

The condition of the goods will be determined by the customer service department at time of receipt.

Any returns beyond the 48 hours must be approved by our Customer Service department and will be in the form of store credit only.

Please Note: Refunds or store credits will be issued for the total amount of your sale, less the original delivery charge and equivalent pick up charge. Special order merchandise cannot be returned unless defective.  Pease see details below on damaged goods.


DAMAGED or DEFECTIVE GOODS

Any damages must be reported to delivery driver at time of delivery and noted on his delivery slip. Any damages to packaging should be noted at time of delivery and noted on the delivery slip. Any packages showing damage should be opened and the goods inspected for good condition.  Any damaged items must be noted on the delivery slip and refused.

For items shipped via UPS or Federal Express, any damages found upon opening packages should be reported to the respective shipper (UPS 1 800 PICKUPS) or (Federal Express 1 800 GOFEDEX) within 48 hours after delivery.  All packaging must be retained until inspection by the shipping company is completed.  Please notify us of the damages within 48 hours by calling (508) 325 0714 or email us at customerservice@christophersofnantucket.com as soon as possible.

Replacements will be shipped as soon as your claim has been processed.
